การเก็บรวบรวม ใช้/หรือ เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัท ไอคาร์ เอเชีย (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด (“ICAR”, “เรา” หรือ “ของเรา”) มุ่งมั่นให้ความสำคัญต่อการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (“พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล”) โดยเราขอความยินยอมอย่างชัดแจ้งและสมัครใจจากท่านในการเก็บ รวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามรายละเอียดด้านล่าง ทั้งนี้ การให้ความยินยอมนี้เป็นอิสระจากข้อผูกพันตามสัญญาใด ๆ และการตัดสินใจของท่านจะไม่กระทบต่อความสามารถของท่านในการใช้บริการของเรา
ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบว่า ข้าพเจ้าได้อ่าน ทำความเข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อกำหนดทั้งหมดที่ระบุไว้ในประกาศการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของ ICAR (“ประกาศการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล”) ซึ่งเผยแพร่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษที่ https://www.autospinn.com/privacy-policy และภาษาไทยที่ https://www.autospinn.com/privacy-policy และ
(ก) ข้าพเจ้าเข้าใจว่า การปฏิเสธไม่ให้ความยินยอมภายใต้เอกสารฉบับนี้ จะไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความสามารถของข้าพเจ้าในการเข้าถึงหรือใช้บริการของ ICAR และจะไม่ถูกตีความว่าเป็นการเพิกถอนความยินยอมที่ได้มีการอนุญาตให้ไว้ก่อนหน้านี้ และ
(ข) ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบว่า ข้าพเจ้าสามารถเพิกถอนความยินยอมของข้าพเจ้าเมื่อใดก็ได้ รวมถึงร้องขอการเข้าถึง หรือแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของข้าพเจ้า หรือใช้สิทธิใด ๆ ของข้าพเจ้าภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ได้โดยปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของ ICAR ที่ https://www.autospinn.com/privacy-policy (ภาษาอังกฤษ) และ https://www.autospinn.com/privacy-policy (ภาษาไทย)
เพื่อเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ของข้าพเจ้ากับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของ ICAR รวมถึงผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่นำเสนอโดยบริษัทในเครือ พันธมิตร และผู้ให้บริการซึ่งเป็นบุคคลภายนอก ข้าพเจ้าขอให้ความยินยอมโดยสมัครใจและได้รับแจ้งซึ่งความยินยอมดังกล่าวแล้วแก่ ICAR (รวมถึงบริษัทในกลุ่มและบริษัทในเครือ) ในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของข้าพเจ้า รวมถึงข้อมูลอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้อง (“ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล”) ตามวัตถุประสงค์และขอบเขตที่ระบุไว้ด้านล่างนี้
(ก) การวิเคราะห์ การวิจัย การพัฒนา และการปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการให้ดีขึ้นเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการและความพึงพอใจของข้าพเจ้า
(ข) การตลาดทางตรง การส่งเสริมการขาย การโฆษณา และการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ สิทธิพิเศษ ผลประโยชน์ และแคมเปญต่าง ๆ ที่เหมาะสมหรือปรับให้ตรงกับความสนใจของข้าพเจ้า
(ค) การเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้กับบริษัทในกลุ่ม ICAR เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการดำเนินงานภายใน การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ และวัตถุประสงค์ทางการค้า
(ง) การเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้กับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจของ ICAR พันธมิตรด้านการตลาด ผู้แนะนำหรือการแนะนำลูกค้าที่ได้รับค่าคอมมิชชั่นตอบแทน หรือผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ตามที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น
ข้าพเจ้าเข้าใจและยินยอมว่า ICAR อาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของข้าพเจ้าให้กับกลุ่มผู้รับข้อมูลต่อไปนี้
(ก) ผู้ให้บริการประกันภัยที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตตามกฎหมายไทย และบริษัทในเครือที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น (1) บริษัท เมืองไทยประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) (2) บริษัท ชับบ์ ไลฟ์ แอสชัวรันซ์ จํากัด (มหาชน) (3) บริษัท ชับบ์สามัคคีประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) (4) บริษัท ฟอลคอน ประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) (5) บริษัท เออร์โกประกันภัย (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) (6) บริษัท ไทยประกันชีวิต จำกัด (มหาชน) (7) บริษัท กรุงไทยพานิชประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) (8) บริษัท แอกซ่าประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) (9) บริษัท
วิริยะประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) (10) บริษัท แอลเอ็มจี ประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) และ (11) บริษัท ซิกน่า ประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นต้น
(ข) ผู้ให้บริการทางการเงินที่จดทะเบียน และสถาบันการเงินที่อยู่ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลตามกฎหมายทางด้านการเงินของประเทศไทย รวมทั้งบริษัทในเครือที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น (1) ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด (มหาชน) (2) ธนาคารกสิกรไทย จํากัด (มหาชน) (3) ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (4) ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) (5) ธนาคารทหารไทยธนชาต จำกัด (มหาชน) (6) ธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) (7) ธนาคารออมสิน (8) ธนาคารเกียรตินาคินภัทร จำกัด (มหาชน) (9) ธนาคาร ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) (10) ธนาคารทิสโก้ จำกัด (มหาชน) (11) บริษัท ทิสโก้ไฟแนนเชียลกรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) (12) ธนาคารยูโอบี จำกัด (มหาชน) (13) บริษัท ลีสซิ่งกสิกรไทย จำกัด (14) บริษัท ซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย ออโต้ จำกัด (15) บริษัท โอริโค่ ออโต้ ลีสซิ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และ (16) บริษัท เงินติดล้อ จำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นต้น
(ค) องค์กรหรือธุรกิจอื่นที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ซึ่งมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมทางการตลาด การแนะนำบุคคลหรือลูกค้า หรือกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายร่วมกับ ICAR โดยการเปิดเผยข้อมูลดังกล่าวมีความจำเป็น เพื่อให้สามารถนำเสนอหรือส่งเสริมผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้าพเจ้า และอาจทำให้ ICAR ได้รับค่าคอมมิชชั่นหรือประโยชน์ทางการค้า
หาก ICAR มีการเพิ่มหมวดหมู่ใหม่ของผู้รับข้อมูลซึ่งข้าพเจ้าได้เคยให้ความยินยอมไว้แล้วก่อนหน้านี้ ICAR จะดำเนินการแจ้งให้ข้าพเจ้าทราบผ่านช่องทางการติดต่อที่ข้าพเจ้าได้ให้ไว้ และข้าพเจ้าจะได้รับแจ้งสิทธิของข้าพเจ้าในการคัดค้าน ทั้งนี้ หากข้าพเจ้าไม่คัดค้านภายในสามสิบ (30) วัน นับจากวันที่มีการแจ้งดังกล่าว ให้ถือว่าข้าพเจ้าได้ให้ความยินยอมในการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของข้าพเจ้าให้กับผู้รับข้อมูลรายใหม่ดังกล่าวแล้ว
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CONSENT FORM
ICAR ASIA (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“ICAR”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to respecting and protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (“PDPA”). We request your voluntary and explicit consent to collect, use, and disclose your personal data as outlined below. This consent is independent of any contractual obligations and your decision will not affect your ability to use our services.
I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted all the terms in ICAR's Personal Data Protection Notice ("Privacy Notice") available at https://www.one2car.com/en/privacy-policy, in English language, and https://www.one2car.com/privacy-policy, in Thai language, and:
- I understand that my refusal to give consent under this document will not affect my ability to access or use ICAR's services and shall not be interpreted as a revocation of any previously granted consent; and
- I am aware that I may withdraw my consent at any time, request access to or correction of my Personal Information, or exercise any of my rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) by following the procedures outlined in ICAR's Privacy Policy available at https://www.one2car.com/en/privacy-policy, in English language, and https://www.one2car.com/privacy-policy, in Thai language.
In order to enhance my experience with ICAR's products and services, including those offered by its affiliates, partners, and third-party service providers, I hereby give my voluntary and informed consent for ICAR (including its group companies and affiliates) to collect, use, and disclose my personal data and any other relevant information ("Personal Information") in accordance with the purposes and scope set forth below:
I consent to ICAR collecting, using, and disclosing my Personal Information, whether obtained directly from me or indirectly through other lawful sources, for the following purposes:
- Analysis, research, development, and improvement of products and services to better meet my preferences;
- Direct marketing, promotions, advertising, and offering of products, services, privileges, benefits, and campaigns that are suitable or tailored to my interests;
- Disclosure to ICAR Group companies for internal business operations, strategic planning, and commercial purposes;
- Disclosure to ICAR's business partners, marketing affiliates, commission-based referrers, or third-party service providers for the purposes set out above.
I understand and agree that ICAR may disclose my Personal Information to the following categories of recipients:
- Licensed Insurance Providers under Thai law, and their affiliated companies, such as, e.g., (1) Muang Thai Insurance PCL., (2) Chubb Life Insurance PCL., (3) Chubb Samaggi Insurance PCL., (4) The Falcon Insurance PCL., (5) ERGO Insurance (Thailand) PCL., (6) Thai Life Insurance PCL., (7) Krungthai Panich Insurance PCL., (8) AXA Insurance PCL., (9) The Viriyah Insurance PCL. (10) LMG Insurance PCL.; and (11) Cigna Insurance PCL.
- Registered Financial Service Providers and institutions regulated under applicable Thai financial laws, and their affiliated companies, such as, e.g., (1) Bank of Ayudhya PCL.,(2)
- The Kasikornbank PCL., (3) The Siam Commercial Bank PCL., (4) Bangkok Bank PCL., (5) TMBThanachart Bank PCL., (6) Krungthai Bank PCL., (7) Government Savings Bank, (8) Kiatnakin Phatra Bank PCL., (9) CIMB Thai Bank PCL., (10) TISCO Bank PCL., (11) TISCO Financial Group PCL., (12) United Overseas Bank (Thai) PCL., (13) Kasikorn Leasing Co., Ltd., (14) CIMB Thai Auto Co., Ltd., (15) Orico Auto Leasing (Thailand) Co., Ltd.; and (16) Ngern Tid Lor PCL.
- Other lawful entities engaged in marketing, referral, or promotional activities in cooperation with ICAR, where such disclosure is necessary to offer or promote products or services relevant to me and may result in ICAR receiving a commission or commercial benefit.
If ICAR adds any new categories of data recipients to whom I have previously consented, I will be informed via the contact channels I have provided. I will also be informed of my right to object. If I do not object within thirty (30) days from the date of such notification, it shall be deemed that I have granted my consent to the disclosure of my Personal Information to the newly designated recipients.
